Clay, I just want to thank you for repairing the AC on my Corvette. I was unsure where to take it, as it was out of warranty and a trip to the dealer would no doubt prove very expensive, and a trip to an independent might prove problematic if they weren't able to handle the GM specific side of the problem. You were recommended to me by Stevie as an honest and GM/Chevy experienced tech. I couldn't be happier! Not only was your estimate very fair, but when I picked the car up the actual charge was considerably less. and you used genuine GM parts to boot. Clay did an amazing job !! I had a bad noise and sever "bump" coming from my rear end ... both are gone! They were very prompt ... kept in close touch ... price came in below estimate ... when was the last time that happened?? NEVER !! Quality of work, speed of repairs and customer service are beyond exceptional. Clay gave me the best and worst-case scenario for my little lady. Dirk's Auto Clinic in my opinion is the most honest and fair garage around Citrus County. I have never had any issues with Dirk's. Clay always gives the best and straight scenario about repairs. you might not always like the bad news, but he won't repair and let a car go out the door unless it's completely safe. Sure there have been times that the cost wasn't what i was hoping to hear, but in the end it makes sense to repair it right the first time than having to go back and do it a few times. I have sat in the waiting room and watched customers come and go. Some are not happy with what Clay tells them about cost. Clay won't just "rig it to get it going. He either repairs it correctly or not at all. If you want your vehicle repaired the right way, I promise you Dirk's is the garage to go to! He will do all he can to get it done on time or earlier than promised and NO I am not related to him in any way.
